Christine Roux believes that the Arts are a way to express oneself and help bring the world together.
Christine grew up in Yakima, Washington studying and practicing her passion for Theatre & Acting. She moved to Los Angeles to attend Loyola Marymount University and graduated with a BA, Majoring in Theatre. Her love for acting, singing, and dancing has taken her to various elementary schools – teaching the arts to young children – and all over the world to places like Bonn, Germany and Moscow, Russia.
After graduation, she had a chance encounter with her boss and mentor, Lara Wickes, who offered to show her life on the other side of the camera. Starting as a Personal Assistant, Christine absorbed the detailed workings of production, working her way up the multi-faceted steps with fervor and devotion where she now proudly holds the position of Production Manager and VP of Canyon Road Films.
Cool, calm, collected, (and always smiling!), working in production has given Christine knowledge, insight, treasured friendships, and most of all – a job to be passionate about. It is not every day that you hear someone say that they love their job. But through the eyes of Christine, it’s hard not to love a job where no matter how stressful or challenging it can be…it is NEVER boring.
She currently lives with her Tuxedo/Siamese mix cat, Charlie.
